Our company has been buying toner from Tonertech for years and we have been quite happy with the service. Recently I decided to try out their printer repair service and was extremely happy with the results. I had 4 x HP Laserjet printers in varying states of disrepair. They sent someone over to pick them up right away and took them back to their shop. When the repairs were completed they dropped them off all cleaned up looking like new again. I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the bill was and the two that I have put back into service so far perform the same as when I purchased them new.

Tonertech Document Solutions are my go to guys for my HP 600 series printer. When trouble occurred they were there promptly and before the time promised. They were able to fix the problem and, in fact, improved my offices printing procedures.

Recently I purchased a higher end printer from them as well. The transition was much smoother than I expected. It took a couple days to get everything setup exactly as I wanted, as I was demanding wanting everything to work exactly so, but Myles was patient and knowledgeable and he stayed until everything was tested and working perfectly. I very much appreciated their attention to my needs during the setup even when things were a little unusual and I’m comfortable knowing that they will be there for me if I need them in the future.
I’ve always found all the staff helpful and friendly, and I will continue to use them for my own company and I’ll continue to recommend them to my clients as well.

I ordered a printer for my little business at home and the entire process was very smooth and efficient.
