(February 23, 2021, 8:17 am)After I called road assistance, the tow truck arrived within about 30-40 minutes during peak hour so I was quite pleased.
The employee was able to change my tyre (which was facing the highway) although the car was on the right shoulder of the road close to the right lane, with cars speeding by. That way I did not have to be towed, which was great. He performed the switch in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. It is always stressful to have a flat, especially in dangerous locations like the highway or when it's pouring rain on freezing cold or deep in snow. I am glad I only had the highway as a worrisome point! Thank you for being quick. -
