Back in 2004, I got hit while riding my motorcycle and chose a large downtown law firm to deal with the claim. Their approach was uninspired, as though my claim got lost in the shuffle. During the closing stages, the lawyer's attitude could be best described as 'my way or the highway'.
In 2011, I got hit again, and took the time to choose a lawyer more carefully. After meeting with several different lawyers, Daryl stood above the rest. As a motorcycle rider himself, we saw eye to eye on the main issues right away. As the claim progressed and right up to the finish, I remained informed and involved, but it didn't get excessive or without merit. The amount of 'compensation' was greater, and without any added stress.
Whether you're on a motorcycle, or in a car, I would recommend Daryl to anyone with an injury claim. -
