(January 28, 2021, 9:35 pm)My SUV was hit in a shop parking lot, making a mess of the corner of my rear bumper. Of course the culprit did not hang around. I quickly discovered that my previous go-to body shop had closed down and asked around for a new high quality body shop. I was given great recommends for Marks Auto Body in Burnaby. My initial visit was met with a review of the damage, a conversation about going through ICBC (or not), a respectful discussion on timeline for repairs. I was delighted how accommodating they were and when I went to pick up the vehicle it looked great. The quality of the work was “like new and perfectly matched” and the whole vehicle had been washed down. Polite, friendly, helpful, sincere and they certainly delivered. I have a new go-to for any needed body work and whole heartedly will recommend them.

(January 16, 2021, 11:08 pm)Someone hit and run my front bumper in a parking lot and I claimed the incident through ICBC. I called the shop and Terry explained thoroughly to me about the whole ICBC process. I made an appointment to bring in my car to repaint the front bumper. It took them 3 days to finish the job and the front bumper looks very nice! I’m very satisfied with the whole process. One more thing to note is that Terry was willing to meet me at 8:15am for my car drop-off and pick-up. (Business hours are 9am - 5:30pm)

(October 28, 2020, 9:11 am)After much research and seeing the excellent reviews, I was prompted to at least ask for a quote since I was already nearby. Terry quickly got on the phone and found the last available OEM part and provided a reasonable quote so arrangements could be made. Having the actual technician immediately check and confirm the work helped to reassure good understanding. For an older car, the work is immaculately like new. Quite satisfied and would recommend.
