(October 17, 2021, 2:28 am)The studio is bright, clean, and well-equipped. The instructor is awesome. She is kind and thorough and tailors the instruction to the needs of each client. She explains and demonstrates the movements and both challenges you and encourages you. I only just started pilates but I am enjoying it very much.
