(December 15, 2020, 9:36 pm)I took my road test at ICBC Claim Centre today. The place is clean, organized and all staff are very kind. The road test started on time. My examiner is DAVID S. , he is THE BEST, a great professional. He managed to calm me down even before the road test starts being transparent about expectations and assuring he would evaluate my driving skills fairly. I felt safe and he made me feel confident during the test giving me clear instructions. It was raining a lot and English is my second language, so David spoke with me slowly for me to be able to understand his direction requests. He was open to confirm his directions requests in case I needed as well. He evaluated me with precision, professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this place and THANK YOU, David S. for your high quality service and empathy.
