I bought a 'like new' used Guilloche dial watch for my wife on our anniversary. I went to three different stores throughout Burnaby and Vancouver, the last of which being Galaxy Time. The owner, Chris, was very helpful and patient. I had a great visit and purchase, and will definitely return as I have a couple of other watches I've been wanting to sell.

Really nice timepieces and great customer service. I was happy to find a selection of patina watch dial styles in used but great condition, instead of having to hunt around or go online and not be able to actually see it in person. Chris at Galaxy Time deserves far more than 5 stars, but that's all Google will let me give him.

I bought a lovely used Cartier Roadster watch that someone had recently sold which was in very good condition, and the entire experience was good. My husband was tempted by a couple of other watches they had at the time (Rolex) but will be back again regardless. Chris the owner was very good to deal with and was very fair with pricing. Nice to have a store like this here in the area not too far from where we are in Burnaby.

I was so happy to find a used high-end watch dealer locally here that could deal with my omega watch (1993 Omega Speedmaster Automatic) that I've been wanting to sell for some time. This was significant to me because I had been turned down by a number of other watch and jewellery stores because I didn't appear to serious? From beginning to end, it was a good experience - I did have to make an appointment as they are not always there so call first but that was no big deal. I ended up making another purchase, and they followed up when I got home to make sure everything was okay. Thanks very much!

I rpurchased a second-hand Rolex from Galaxy Time to get my father's watch replaced and he's always wanted a luxury watch like this. A fantastic collection of timepieces. They have a great selection of used luxury watches in great condition, and even better prices! My father was delighted, and I will definitely recommend them.
