Mina and her team do an excellent job in programming and providing scaling regressions for those who need modifications as well as progressions for those who want it more challenging. They also have organized the workout area in a very user friendly way especially during this pandemic. They really care about your health and safety and it shows. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

(June 19, 2020, 6:55 pm)Really enjoyed working with both Richard and Patrick during the Olympic Lifting sessions. They were so patient and understanding, and had a very effective approach to teaching all of the main lifts. Highly recommend!

I just got back into working out with a PT after having a baby, Jonathan is amazing at what he does and is very patient and attentive to his clients. He breaks down the material into small sections if the sets is difficult to do at first. He accommodated to me by allowing me to bring my baby when working out I recommend to all moms interested in going back to their pre-pregnancy bodies to check out the gym and trainer because he will accommodate you to the best of his ability.
