(March 30, 2022, 7:45 pm)My family and I are grateful that our mom is being supported by the compassionate and capable staff at Caring Shepherd. After coming home from hospital, we started with convalescent care and then have continued with daily care. Digna has tailored my mom's care to suit the family's needs. It was difficult to find care that offers a minimum of 2 hours per visit and does not insist on a signed contract. Care can change easily over time. The flexibility that Caring Shepherd offers is very helpful. My family feels secure that my mom is being cared for with dignity and competence. I whole heartedly recommend Caring Shepherd.

Over the years, that I have been working with them, I can say that the company has grown a lot when it comes to helping and reaching out to families in need of help around Metro Vancouver and nearby cities.
The employers of this company, Ruben and Digna works with professionalism. They are both easy to work with and are very passionate in what they do. -

They have been very kind and thorough in helping in my recovery at home after hospitalization.
I have found their communication done in a most caring manner and thorough.
The staff member sent was kind
Professional, warm and personable.
She completed what I asked in regard to household tasks as well as any care for me as well as meal preparation.
She showed initiative and good time management.
I would highly recommend their services and use them again as needed in the future.
