Renee set up different plans for my training so I never feel bored and I am surprised with how my body has changed . Besides, the gym is clean and everyone in the gym is super friendly. Good experience overall??

(April 20, 2017, 4:42 am)This is a very well equipped gym used only by personal trainers and their clients. There is plenty of space, it is very clean, has a vast assortment of every type of fitness equipment. Usually, there are no more than 6 people there at a time - 3 trainers & three clients. Although I only work with my trainer, when I arrive for my session, everyone greets me by name. Such a welcoming and encouraging group of people. I highly recommend personal training with one of these fantastic people. Oh, they also run a wicked boot camp at 8:00 am Saturdays!
