Our workers and customers are out and about and we were looking for a way to bridge the communications gap. Now, there are no more disruptions or long waits, we are fully connected with our employees and customers 24/7. We made the switch to Algo just over a year ago and have never looked back. Knowing very little about phone systems, myself, Algo was SO helpful in walking me through my options, answering all of my questions, and providing support from start to finish. They were friendly and patient with me even when I barraged them with questions.
We can now coordinate communication across all departments and it has never been easier for everyone here, even those who aren't all that "technologically inclined." One of our clients even commented the other day on the noticeable improvement in our phone system. Our ability to connect with clients and customers through phone, email, chat, text and video really makes an impact and makes us feel technologically up-to-date.
I am so grateful that we made the switch and would highly recommend Algo as our go-to communication pros.
