(February 26, 2021, 8:54 pm)This service raises the bar! Leila and Gord consistently go the extra mile. They treat our dog, Ziggy, like one of their own. From the beginning they have made every effort to understand his personality and his "issues." They are reliable, punctual and willing to step up at the last minute. When I missed the ferry and would be late getting home, Leila actually cooked Ziggy's dinner as she knows he has food sensitivities. BARK Pet Services is the best!

(June 8, 2020, 11:03 pm)My dog Bentley, a standard poodle, was used to being part of a pack in Toronto. When I retired and moved to Victoria, I expected to be the walker. He was very sad. He missed his dog friends. Finally I contacted Leila and Gord at Bark Pet Care Service. Bentley now has a new pack. He is so happy. He runs out the door at pickup. Sleeps soundly upon return. Bark Pet Care Service has been incredibly reliable. They love my dog as if he were their own. I have my happy dog back. I highly recommend Bark Pet Care Service. Thank you Leila and Gord!

She has been very flexible for us and adjusted the walking schedule when issues arose, she takes great pictures and sends awesome updates which brighten the day, and most importantly she really cares for our dog. When our dog had to miss a day because she was injured, Leila came over on her own time to check on her, let her out in the backyard, and give her some attention. Couldn't have found a better person to take care of our girl.

(March 30, 2018, 1:07 pm)Leila is absolutely wonderful! She cares so much for our dog, and really goes above and beyond to make sure she's happy while we're at work. She's so flexible in finding alternate plans for us if our dog gets injured or if we have a longer day and need to schedule multiple walks. We're so happy to have found someone who is so dedicated to the dogs she cares for!
