Best Budget Motel in Grand Forks! Comfy beds, quiet A/C, nice TV, fridge, coffee, clean bathroom, soft toilet paper. 😁 Yes the towels or sheets might have a stain or two. They are clean though. Very friendly staff. Family run business. Sometimes they aren't in the office. Just call mobile and come back in a bit. Nice people. Excellent deal for the price. Will stay again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

my stay at the room was awesome and the room was very clean. it was very comfortable and everything was good in the room. everything was close to the motel, like a gas station and restaurants

Rooms were clean and service was polite and friendly. Older building so not in pristine condition. Overall good night though.
