There are various classes available from hot to yin to power. I have taken over 400+ classes at this studio as well as various workshops and trainings, and highly recommend Westcoast Hot Yoga to beginners and yogis alike.

There is also a great choice of workshops and events. Great yoga studio in the heart of White Rock. Thank you for being here for us Westcoast Yoga team!
