I ended up connecting with Margaret at the White Rock location and she was fabulous! Explained how everything worked and was able to get us all booked for our family Spring Break vacation to Mexico. Even when I checked into our hotel in Mexico, the front desk manager mentioned that Margaret had sent her an email the morning before we arrived and was happy to have made the connection with her, and upgraded us to a better view. Thanks Margaret for all your hard work. I know you stayed late that one night, trying to get the flights sorted out for us! We really appreciate you & had a wonderful vacation at the Hard Rock in PV!
