(September 7, 2018, 9:05 pm)Memorial Park on Marine Drive, adjacent to the White Rock Pier, has reopened the west side of the park, beside the Museum and Archives building. Benches and a splash pad for the kids, is now open as part of the $4.5 million upgrade. The White Rock Pier comfort station (public washrooms) are still under construction in September.
