Went with my partner to visit Dr Mackenzie for a 9.30 appointment.12.30 and still waiting.????
Girl behind the counter needs a refresher course in English , took half an hour to process the paperwork .

A very efficient office. Waiting room is usually full, however wait times are not long. Dr. Ibister has been extremely helpful and monitors my left eye and a nasty cataract as a result of the shingles virus.
The doctors are great once you get past the front desk. The front desk staff are absolutely awful and terribly cold and rude. I understand that working in the industry de-sensitizes you but have some compassion for people who are suffering. Problems with eyesight are very scary!
