  Overall experience was fine, I was just getting my car reinsured. The issue I had was with how I was auto enrolled in the monthly payment plan. There is the 2.99%interest rate and an additional ~2.25% fee(which I assume comes from the insurance broker, I may be wrong).
  
  When I asked what the cost of borrowing was they told me it was under 3%, not the actual 5.25%. I was surprised by this and then they told me they had already put the paperwork through and they would need to cancel the insurance transaction and start again, which felt like they were trying to talk me out of changing because they would lose the 2.25% bonus they signed me up for.

  Excellent service. Took in a difficult vehicle import issue and received patient, understanding service from Linda. Highly recommended.
