Great service. Bought a Stelvio. Highly recommend.
I had a very pleasant experience at Alfa Romeo Vancouver, from the time I first walked in till when I drove away in my Stelvio. The service was more than outstanding and Donovan was great to work with. I never felt pushed or rushed and I was given thorough information. I would recommend this brand and dealership.
I have had the Stelvio now for a couple of months and still love to get into this SUV and drive it! We bought the Grey exterior with red interior (it is beautiful) and people love how it stands out in a crowd of look alike vehicles. The steering is unbelievable on winding roads which I daily drive. I have the 4 cylinder which has a powerful 280 hp motor but this car reacts just like a 6 cylinder and I have been getting 10.7 KM/L mileage, which i still can't believe. I bought the SUV at the Vancouver location and enjoyed working with John (my sales rep), he didn't push me to buy even though we visited showroom a dozen times. We took our time deciding which vehicle to purchase as we visited a lot of other car dealerships, but this SUV stood out compared to the others.
John and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to deal with. We went to a number of other dealerships looking into Mercedes Benz, BMW etc. before finally settling on the Alfa Romeo. We were not pressured but were given prompt and helpful service. It is certainly the cars that brought us to Alfa Romeo but it was a very pleasant surprise to deal with "car guys" rather than salesmen.
