(June 15, 2018, 4:57 am)There isn't a lot of staff here, but the employees are very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Despite the wait, it was a very positive experience. If you don't have time to wait, make an appointment ahead of time through the LifeLabs website. The people who had appointments were seen on time from what I saw. Be aware that they close once a month (during normal hours) for staff training.

(February 9, 2018, 7:42 pm)This lab is often understaffed with usually only two technicians - one at the desk and one doing the blood draws in the back. So wait times can be long. However, they are very friendly and really seem to be great at easing people who are nervous about needles through the process. They are also really great with kids. They seem to be very good at finessing injections - I go there regularly and generally don't have issues with bruising after my blood draws even though I have persnickity hard-to-find veins. A good option if you're able to make an advance appointment or don't mind waiting.
