  Didnt really finish walking. But will go back to walk or run.
  There were still ice and snow when I last went there but it is clearing up. Just be careful when you walk. Good place to walk with friends or family

  One of Vancouver's most peaceful and interesting nature park with miles of trails for walks and hikes. The trails are well maintained.
  
  It is a vast area. Depending on the time or the day of the week, sometime it is very quiet here. Some people like this quietness.
  
  And, though Vancouver is generally a safe place, it is still a good idea to be with a companion or a group, if one wants to explore areas deep inside the park.

  Great for an easy morning or afternoon hike with the dog. Trails from 1km to pretty much limitless. We normally enter via 16th Ave and cross cross across the park. Favourite trails are Council, Sword Fern and Salish because they take you from park’s end to end and have creeks for my dog to sip from. Creeks are pretty dry after June so make sure you don’t wait til Summer to go! Also be sure to do a walk along Acadia/wreck during the early winter months with your dog.

  My best friend and I have been wanting to hike this park for ages and finally after 18 months of mistimed plans and life having other plans for us, today it finally came to fruition.
  
  Pacific Spirit is really easy to get to either by driving, public transport or indeed by other means pf mechanical transport
  
  The park itself is glorious and such a wonderful Sylvan paradise. The trails are well maintained and there all levels of hiking available. We were there for 4 1/2 hours today and barely scratched the south park.
  
  Will definitely be going back, and soon!

  Great park for an afternoon stroll. There are several paths to choose from, so you can go for a short walk or a longer one. All paths are mostly flat, there are few elevation changes, so it's good for all ages. The woods are fairly dense, and the park is particularly picturesque when the sun is low and the last rays strike the trees at a low angle.
