(October 7, 2019, 12:40 am)Customer service is good. We have been clients for several years. Yesterday when we renewed our insurance, we were told a higher amount than specified on the phone. They said "seems a PC glitch from ICBC" we had to pay almost 40 cnd more but the guys will let us know if that "glitch" "money difference" could be refunded. Let's wait and see.

R&F Agent Jackie Mark was a huge help and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met quickly and efficiently, we never even had to leave the house! Many thanks to Jackie and the team here.
