(July 21, 2020, 1:46 am)I like this place, never crazy busy, staff is friendly, food is good, menu has a few options. Don't really like the pho here, but the vermicelli noodle dishes and drinks are a go to ?, especially on those hot summer days.

(January 27, 2018, 11:39 pm)Spacious restaurant which as been renovated with the addition of Jazen Tea products (bubble tea, etc). Service can be improved. The food quality and quantity has decreased (with the Pho), and prices increased over the years. Limited on site parking in this busy small strip mall. Easily accessed by transit.
