  I’m presently seeing Dr.Yip for treatments to fix a bad outcome of Halo Fractional laser treatment that I got at another clinic. After that laser treatment I was supposed to look rejuvenated but instead I looked worst. I have Asian skin, the place that I went to does not know about caring for ethnic skin. I ended up with darker skin, more dark marks and dark spots all over my face. I was horrified and upset for 6 months I hated seeing myself in the mirror because my face looked so dirty. I used all kind of expensive whitening products, but only slight improvement. I also used a lot of makeup to hide it. After lots of research I learned that ethnic skin is very tricky to treat with laser as it can cause more unwanted dark spots if not treated correctly and should be treated by a qualify professional who understand ethnic skin. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Yip and his wonderful staffs (Heejung, Samantha and Dina). I had a long and great consultation with him, he is very caring and understanding of my concerns. He took his time to answer all my questions and he never rushed and he is very thorough with his explanation. He has extensive knowledge in working with all skin types including ethnic skin. He recommended laser for me again and how his method of treatment with his YAG laser will eliminate all my undesirable dark spots. Dr. Yip is very warm and kind, I trust him so I signed up for treatments immediately after the consultation. His staffs are so fun and sweet I always look forward to seeing them. All three of them are so caring, they would go the extra miles to keep me comfortable and happy at all my appointments. I started my treatment at the beginning of January, by the end of January (one month only!) my skin is beautiful. The dark spots are gone, and my skin tone is more even, it’s clearer and brighter. I’m not afraid to look in the mirror any more. I can leave home with no make-up, only SPF, and no more dark spots to hide. The best part is that my treatment is not even completed yet, I still have a few more sessions to go. Once my treatment is completed my skin will be even more beautiful and amazing. I’m sooo HAPPY!!! Thank you so much Dr. Yip, Heejung, Samantha and Dina, I wish all of you many more years of creating more beautiful skin and bringing lots of joy and happiness to many many more people!

  Dr. Yip is very experienced and is very patient when listening to my issues and concerns. I am very happy and satisfied with him and his amazing team.

  i really appreciate the professionalism of Dr. Yip and his staff. Clear explanation of the procedure with more than 1 consultation to make sure client is comfortable about the process. It is a difficult experience just look at the consent forms I have to sign in . The whole process is smooth and caring as Dr.yip asked my comfortable zone ( e.g. is it ok ) throughout the process. The follow up is excellent too with lot of explanation and answered all my question kindly.
