  I really enjoy going to poke. They are friendly and very professional, I always leave feeling much better. The first time I went, my back was so bad that I used hockey sticks to get to the door, completely bent over. I was able to walk out of there after an hour. Highly recommended!

  Great resource - there are 7 - 8 comfy recliners where you can lay back, get your treatment and nap as long as you want. Very peaceful and supportive atmosphere, and a cost that can't be beat! Although sound is kept to a minimum (they will answer your call in a whisper) you may want to use earplugs if you are highly sensitive to noise and really hope to sleep for a while. Later addition: in common with other community acupuncture places, they will not directly treat the area of your body that hurts. That is called “working locally“, and if that is what you want you have to interview an acupuncturist who has a private practice, and ask” do you work locally on my painful X?”
