  We love going to the Boathouse in Kits, esp for Happy Hour. Our son, almost 3, loves Britney especially. She takes such good care of us and him, always making us feel like the only customers in the restaurant. Always a lovely treat to see her smiling face when we arrive.

  We have always enjoyed this Boathouse restaurant. The timing is key for the view, sunset is right out the glass wall that runs the length of the seating area.
  Food has always been good from burgers to fish plates. Just about any kinda of drink you may request, within reason from the bar. Good wine list. Coffee was good, fresh at each pouring.
  Desserts if you can fit it covered most palette.
  If you have people from out of town and wanna show off Vancouver, this is the place.
  Parking is ample, but you pay. The Boathouse restaurant does reimburse $3 towards parking, you must ask.

  Great location and the view is awesome. Feels like you are in a cafeteria, with tables close to each other. Noisy place.
  
  We had fish and chips. It was good average. Beer was cold and good.

  We had the most incredible experience with our server! He truly went above and beyond to make us smile and laugh. The drink list is short and sweet which is a nice change from many other Vancouver joints where it is easy to get overwhelmed. All the servers seemed well educated on what they were serving. The food is a true nod to many different sea cultures that will make any seafood lover very pleased!
