  I recently had Andy’s Appliance and Refrigeration Service come in to fix my washer and dishwasher, and I was so impressed with their service that I just had to write a review! Not only were they absolutely lovely and kind individuals, but they did a fantastic and thorough job. They provided the reasoning for the repairs made and spent a great deal of time explaining tips for maintaining my appliances. They truly brightened my day, and it’s not often I have this type of experience with repairs. Their integrity and attention to detail was impressive, and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

  Good people. Showed up as promised. Fixed my washer quickly - about an hour. Had the part needed in his car. Very empathetic and professional. I'll call him again when my next appliance fails.

  Recently, I had been having some trouble with my Samsung dishwasher. I emailed Andy on a Sunday afternoon describing my problem and asking if he might be able to take a look at it. Andy called me back that evening, gave me a quote for a service call/troubleshoot, and booked me in for Tuesday morning.
  
  On Tuesday morning he called twice; first to confirm my booked time and again when he was on his way to my place. Andy and his wife arrived on time and got right to work on the dishwasher. While we weren't able to get the dishwasher to replicate the problem I had been having while he was here, based on my description of the problem Andy showed me in detail what he believed might be the issue. He gave me some very helpful advice about what the costs might be to replace the potentially broken parts so that I have a sense of whether it would be worth it to repair or replace the dishwasher if the issue returns. Before he left Andy put everything back the way it was before he arrived. He left no mess and no random parts laying around.
  
  Excellent experience overall. Will be calling Andy again if I have any appliance issues.

  I was having trouble with my dryer so I called Andy. He was right on time & worked very efficiently. Ultimately, the dryer wasn't worth repairing & I had to get a new one, but Andy was very honest & transparent throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him to anyone

  Really happy with the service! Andy called the day before to confirm, and arrived on time. Really friendly and professional. My dryer was having issues. Andy and his wife cleaned and fixed the problem plus showed me how to keep up the general maintance to hopefully avoid this is the future. Was also having trouble with my fridge leaking, even tho this wasn’t what I called about, Andy took apart my fridge, found the problem and showed me some tips for how to keep it running better. Reasonable fair prices. I highly recommend.
