(June 4, 2019, 5:06 am)If I could give 10 stars I would! Hands down one of the best things I've done for myself is sign up for rollerskating lessons with Rolla Skate Club. Always an open and inviting class, consistently challenges me to learn and develop my rollerskating skills, and one of the best communities of people I've found since living in Vancouver. So grateful for Rolla Skate Club!

(February 14, 2019, 7:31 pm)I had been learning to skating prior to Rolla Skate and I felt so much more confident after going to their classes. Having such fun and consistent teachers really helped me grow and become confident in my skills again. I've seen such an intense increase in the roller skating community since they started and it has always been so supportive and welcoming.

(February 14, 2019, 6:39 pm)It’s so important to have a place that anyone can go to be active and build strength without judgement, that is also fun and indoors in Vancouver! Especially in the winter I struggle with being active as we all know how gloomy it gets ;) so having a place that isn’t the gym where I feel connected to a community is so beneficial to my (and many others) well being!

Booty and Lulu are wonderful teachers who have helped me improve my skating skills and get me closer to my goal of playing roller derby. They’re building the most incredible, supportive, and inclusive community and I’m so glad to be a part of it.
