It's been almost 3 years since I got my hearing aid from Hear Again Solutions.
I am very impressed about the after sales services that I received. I always get a phone call reminding me about my upcoming appointment and I don't recall that I have to wait at the clinic. Doris, the Audiologist, is very friendly, patience, & professional. I felt that I was well taken care of since the first day I walked in their clinic.

I brought my dad to HAS on Commercial Drive a few months ago to try out the hearing aids. The audiologist, Doris is very nice and extremely patient to the elderly. There is always a smile on her face. She always explained everything clearly. Even though sometimes my dad didn't understand, she will explain again. She speaks my dad's language which is Cantonese, so my dad feels very comfortable going there.
The overall experience was very good. My dad has tried 2 pairs of hearing aids with different brand and he likes the second pair which is not as expensive as the first one and he actually hears better with the second pair. Doris really helped him to choose the right one for him.
I have been attending Hear Again Solutions for two years now. It started off with Doris giving me a hearing test and fitting me out with the appropriate hearing aids. I go back on an annual basis for a hearing check-up, which has always been very professional and friendly. Doris is always prepared to listen to your concerns and take the extra steps needed to get a full comprehension of your situation before coming up with workable and good solutions. I have never been rushed and always come away with the feeling that I am in good hands, when it comes to my hearing problems. I have no problem in recommending Doris Shiu and Hear Again Solutions Corp
This was my second trip to HAS. My first experience was about a month ago when I went in to get my ears cleaned, and to have some custom ear plugs made up to protect my hearing while I rode my motorcycle. Today I picked up my ear plugs and had my hearing checked. The exam took about half an hour and then was followed up with a consultation by Doris, the audiologist at HAS. The results were explained to me in great detail, and I could actually view the charts on the computer screen. My options on how to deal with my moderate hearing loss were also very detailed. For someone like me who does not like to visit medical clinics, the experience was very friendly and informative, without huge line-ups. HAS clinic is incredibly clean and quiet, and has a very friendly staff. I will continue to patronize HAS and will be recommending my friends to do so as well. Thanks for helping me so much! Brought my dad here for hearing aids and we are happy for the whole experience. Very thorough hearing test and the audiologist spent a lot of time explaining the results in details. Gave us options for hearing aids to try and my dad adapted really well to the first pair. Both the receptionist and audiologist speaks fluent Cantonese so my parents could go on their own when I am busy. Only downfall is that the appointments are long. We were there for over 1.5 hours for the initial hearing test and consultation. Great service and well worth the time.
