Had my tattoo done with Gloria and I absolutely loved the result. The place is super clean, nice and quiet and I barely noticed 5 hours passed. The quality of the work was phenomenal. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will go back to my next tattoo too! :)

The artists are great and also great people, it's the kind of place where you feel welcome and at ease! I just got my second piece of art by Faye and already started thinking about the next one! The first one was a really hard one, improving an old tattoo that nobody wanted to touch (really, I was about to give up when I found her). She is a great tattoo artist and she really listens to you and understands tattooing as a collaborative work, she loves giving life to people's ideas! I have nothing but positive things to say!

I recently saw Faye at Rainfire for the first time. I was worried about getting an appointment because they don’t have a phone but she responded back to my email within a week and I was in for a consult a week later, and had my tattoo done a few weeks after that. The studio is cute and very welcoming, Katia was so kind and friendly and Faye was so lovely! So excited I found a great artist that I can actually book with! She did such a fantastic job on my tattoo, exactly what I wanted if not better. She was also really quick, and it didn’t cost me my whole bank account. And she is so sweet and easy to talk to. She took the time to get the size/placement exactly right and made sure I was 100% happy with things before she started. Love her and Rainfire, can’t wait to get my next one there!

This tattoo shop posted a job for a receptionist with the following requirement for applicants: "Supportive of the studio by social media appreciation and positive comments. (Feel free to do this before your interview if you'd like)."

Therefore, be warned that they solicit fake reviews and ask staff to submit fake reviews as a condition of employment. Not the kind of behaviour you'd expect from a reputable business!

I had a fantastic experience getting my first tattoo from Faye at Rainfire. She was a joy to work with through the consultation process. My sister and I wanted to get tattooed together, and we gave her a pretty loose framework of what we were looking for. The design she came up with was perfect on the very first shot. Both my sister and I loved the sketch.

On the day of the tattoo, my sister and I ended up wanting slightly different placements (inside of ankle vs. outside), and Faye worked with us to make sure that the design worked with our bodies and that the placement was perfect. It's now three weeks later, and healing has been going smoothly with no issues at all.

The shop itself was very clean and had a really nice atmosphere. Everyone working that day was friendly and professional.
