its been nearly 2 months i have been with them.
then all of a sudden my 10 terahash contract is no longer making anything. it has been nearly 2 weeks now with it not updating but my 20 TH contract is still going and they have not got back with me for over a week. nearly anything else i ask them about they reply with in a day or 2 but now its going on a week. who knows if ill even get the btc i was supposed to get within them several days.
(edit) from 2 stars to 5 stars. they finally reached out and updated us with what is going on they needed more support and was expanding there building. so they were quite busy.
