    We purchased a Juru Expresso super automatic for our office and were impressed by Expresso Dolce's service and selection. Harry was great to deal with.

    This was one of the best shopping experiences we had in a long time. Not only did the employees actually know their stuff (unlike many stores of the large retail chains where the attendants often don’t have a clue what they are talking about). But what impressed us most was the fact that we told the manager who served us, that we came to buy a new full automatic espresso machine in the price range of up to $2000. When we told him why our old DeLonghi wasn’t working anymore, he recommended that we try a spare part first, which he sold us for $20. That fixed our problem and saved us from buying a new machine prematurely. Impressed with such an honest consultation we will definitely buy our next machine, or any other equipment we may need, from Espresso Dolce/ Ultimate Cup of Coffee Ltd.

    We purchased our Magnifica S about a year ago, love the machine and detail the staff gave us to help make an informed choice. Whenever I can, I stop in for more beans and maintenance supplies. I really appreciate the complimentary cup of good coffee they offer as well!

    Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. I bought a new Gaggia machine and was worried it might not arrive in Victoria in time for Christmas due to the postal disruptions. I received the espresso machine the next day complete with a sample of coffee beans !
    Amiin was key to the whole experiance. I definatly recommend Ultimate Coffee for your coffee needs

    Excellent store and staff. My old espresso machine broke and it was time to take the plunge and buy a new one. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, and were a great help in honing in on the best machine to fit my needs. Once we had it narrowed down to a couple machines, the staff fired up the espresso machine, and we were then pulling shots of espresso. Highly recommend.
