(September 11, 2019, 5:18 am)I needed front brake pads and a headlight for my KYMCO scooter. It was also coming up on an oil change.
I arrived at Rising Sun Motorcycles without an appointment.
The shop appeared very busy. Samson gave me a quote right away and I was pleasantly surprised that Samson started the job almost immediately. I had expected to have to leave the scooter until they could fit it into their schedule and pick it up a day or days later. I was amazed that the job was completed promptly, saving me a second trip to pick up my scooter.
The price was exactly as quoted.
Great service.

(July 20, 2019, 4:30 pm)I called on a Saturday morning before they were open expecting to hear what their hours were or to leave a message. To my pleasant surprise they answered. I explained that I was looking at buying a Chinese scooter and if they had a particular part that I knew I would need.
He was honest and told me If it isn't running it isn't worth it. Parts are hard to come by sometimes and diagnosing problems is costly. Better to spend a little more and get a reputable machine that is running.
It's hard to find straightforward and honest advice these days. Rising Sun nailed it! Great customer service without expecting to make money from it. -

(July 16, 2019, 11:48 pm)Just got back from the shop. I went to install a new tire on my rear wheel and I was very pleased by the service. Nice people there. they even gave me a free shirt and 2 stickers, they gonna look good on my bike :)
