Mrs Behnaz is a great specialist regarding insurance and she provided an excellent service, in a quarter of the time I had spent with previous brokers. She knows everything (and I mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g) about ICBC's rules.
Even if you don't live close by, I recommend you take transit or go by car (easy parking nearby), and you will be grateful for following this suggestion.
