  Leo and his team are super knowledgable, helpful and just overall great to work with! Our books came out beautifully, and most importantly, on schedule (and we had a very tight deadline). Leo continually provided me with estimates as I adjusted and added to our job, so in the end we had no surprises on the cost. We will without a doubt use TPH again. Thanks, Leo!

  Recently, we exhibited at a conference at the Vancouver Convention Centre and all of our collateral was held up in customs. With no collateral or any branding, we were in a bind. We reached out to TPH, Branch 20 on a Thursday night and by Friday morning they had all of our items printed. The manager, Leo, was so nice and easy to work with. Typically with quick turnaround times, you expect high costs but not with TPH. The pricing was reasonable and very fair. Would recommend using them for all your printing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

  I've worked with Leo and his amazing team at Branch 20 for 4+ years on high quality print jobs for events and conferences, and they make my job much easier with their professionalism, customer service and ability to work with my tight deadlines.
  
  Leo is also always available to meet and consult on specific jobs so that it saves me time and effort down the road.
  
  I would recommend Leo and his staff (Patrick, Harri, etc...) to anyone who wants a professional, cost-effective, all-round printing service.

  I've worked with Leo and the gang here for close to 8 years through the business I work for AND my own personal business. They go above and beyond at all times whether it's simply delivering a quality product, finding materials that would work best for my job, coming up with creative solutions to tough problems, and meeting tight deadlines without skipping a beat. They are an integral part of my success and I couldn't do what I do without them. Always professional and always willing to work with you. They are my secret (not-so-secret-anymore) weapon - and am happy to call them my friends. I highly recommend them for your printing needs.

  Hard Cover custom book printing with TPH is amazing! I had a project that was very specific because they were gifts for team members that worked tirelessly and volunteered many hours - I wanted them to be perfect. When I had questions about setting up my file, I got great advice and assistance. I was thrilled with the quality of the final book and the service was fantastic.
