  First trip to Vancouver with a girlfriend for her birthday. We loved this hotel! Great staff and so accommodating. Emerson whom worked at the P2B restaurant was just so friendly and pointed us to all the spots in a Vancouver. We will be back again! Lovely stay.

  Hotel is a bit dated but clean, kind of reminded me of the hotels in Vegas... At the time of my stay only 2 elevators were working, which formed lineups sometimes, I am sure this will be resolved soon. Staff are great, helpful. Restaurant had really good food, I was surprised...most hotel restaurants are ok, this one was great. You must try the truffle fries.

  I will be staying here this friday, i just wanted to say that they're customer service has been absolutely amazing. i have been corresponding back and forth via email with a few of the workers but Elle really helped me understand everything. From finance to helping me with my requests, she's been amazing. i can't wait to stay there this weekend. Thank you again guys !

  The Pinnacle has a great location in Coal Harbour, in close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable, with a firm mattress and decent linens. Towels were good quality, too. Every staff member was cheerful and accommodating. Free WiFi was a nice perk. We had issues with hot water, and they responded quickly. I would stay here again.

  Lovely staff who took were very nice and took care of us. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff kindly and proactively upgraded us and unexpectedly recognized our occasion. (Thank you!)
  
  Photos are from room 1835 - note that the harbour view is zoomed in and the original image has a building on each side (not a big deal and gorgeous view still). Spacious room with fridge, coffee maker and Juliet balcony with double windows. Great location and walkable to waterfront, Stanley Park and Robson Street.
  
  Only issue - the connecting door between rooms unfortunately resulted in hearing loud neighbours each night. Different people each night, but loud none-the-less.
  
  We booked the BC resident’s rate which included parking with in-out privileges. Good gym with lots of space, and hot tub and pool adjacent. We’ll be back again (at the latest next year to celebrate our anniversary again). Thanks!
