  If you are the kind of person that believes in safely developing your cardiorespiratory and muscular capacity and is looking for a supportive community, you will get that here.
  
  Roseanna was engaging and present when she asked me about my fitness habits, goals, and guided me through the paperwork to ensure I would be safe to exercise. Gage was effective and enjoyable as a coach and was happy to answer questions, cue proper form, and keep clients focused on their goals.
  
  One suggestion I could make is for there to be a stronger emphasis on cool down, perhaps including more time for light aerobic activity and longer static stretching. It may be possible to stay around after and do this, but I cannot remember being encouraged. Next time I will be sure to ask.

  Changed my idea about fitness. I've been a member since the beginning of this studio and despite my on and off schedule, I can't get enough of this place. Be committed, and you WILL see results! Great coaches and great front desk help too.Thank you OTF for the best workouts.

  Best part of my day is going to Orangetheory Fitness Vancouver Convention Centre. I love this place!! The coaches and staff are all so friendly and encouraging. The workouts are constantly challenging and no two workouts are the same. I also enjoyed the variety in equipment. Plus you can't beat the location!!
