This doctor is extremely kind as his attitude is more of a friend than a professional as he is sincere in his profession. He truly cares.
As for his receptionist, I would have given this rating a BIG 1 STAR. We were coming from two cities away, and had urgent business to deal with. We were stuck in traffic for most of the time, and ended up being late.
We apologized many times to the Receptionist even pleading with her to hear our case. She refused to, and started saying inappropriate words to us. She wouldn't even let us book an appointment.
Though this is an excellent doctor, the location is quite inconvenient, taking us over an hour to get there.
However, the receptionist's grotesque attitude sickened me to the point of not wanting to come anymore.
This is the worst receptionist I have ever met in my whole medical life.
