(February 19, 2019, 1:45 am)Great place for biking or for walking. Beautiful views of the mountains, the ocean and farm lands. You can often spot multiple eagles along the trail too.

(January 2, 2019, 4:22 am)As one of the observing sites used by the RASC (royal astronomical society of canada), it is no surprise that this particular spot is amazing for stargazing. Here, you are very far away from any traffic or heavy populated area, making the air quality very good for where it is. From this spot you get 180 degrees of horizon and the rest is only lowly obstructed by a few trees; very wide sky visibility, and of course, pitch darkness. Lights you do see from here shouldn't be a big problem.

(December 28, 2018, 12:47 am)Great view for a walk. So many eagles and ravens. Saw one tree with 9 eagles and a huge nest. Awesome. Off leash next door at North 40 Park.
