Friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area. Reasonably priced and was quickly helped by the service department. Receptionist was very nice and offered coffee, tea and popcorn. Will definately be coming back with my ford whenever it needs work. They are worth driving the extra distance to.

I was looking to make a quick purchase with minimum hassle since I was buying the vehicle for the organization I worked for. Dick and Arianne from Mainland Ford were great to work with. They provided great information over the phone and drove the vehicle out to me twice (Once to see, once to purchase). I was really appreciative of that. Thanks much mainland.

I bought my first car here a few years ago (used 2011 Ford Fiesta). The Ford Fiesta has been a great car for commuting and occasional road trips. I occasionally get my car serviced here. Recently, I had to get the steering shaft replaced. The service costs are reasonable and customer service is excellent. Everyone I've encountered has been so pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I have bought a total of 3 Ford Trucks from Mainland over the last several years, this past Saturday we purchased 2 new F-150's from Ken and our experience was as good as it gets. Ken was very well organized and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Finance went smooth and quick, insurance was ready and handled well. The walk through and delivery were first class. Our vehicles were very clean and full of gas, ready for our trip home. The service department at Mainland is also first class, our previous truck was well taken care by the service department and on the rare occasion we had a issue the dealership reacted fast and efficient and fixed the problem in as little time as possible.
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Talk to Ken, he will make sure you are well taken care of.

I was dreading shopping for a vehicle because I was nervous and intimidated by the whole process. Huge thank you to Scott and his team for being so patient and making sure I had all of the information I needed to make an educated decision. He found me the truck that checked all of our boxes and made it all happen within our budget! Chantal was very knowledgeable and helpful and Ken was awesome! He taught me a lot about the truck and made the whole process a lot of fun! I never expected that buying a vehicle would be low stress and actually fun - thank you!
