  Avon Pest Control is very professional and so helpful! I contact them regarding the house flies issue. And he is very knowledgeable and ask me to show him the files pictures. And he quickly identified the type of the files and advices me how to eliminate them. I am very confident that his advice will make my home flies free. Thank you!

  Avon is very responsive and helpful. I sent a photo of the bugs in my home and Garry responded promptly identifying it and explaining how best to get rid of them, the type of chemical he would use and the cost involved. He also told me when bugs were harmless and not to waste money getting rid of them as they would disappear when the weather changes. I appreciate getting an honest opinion.

  Incredibly professional and so helpful! I reached out without even knowing what the problem was and Avon helped us figure it out. We arranged an appointment and Dr Mann was very accommodating - coming in during the weekend. The inspection was thorough without being disruptive, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. We were able to identify and solve the problem right away. (There was one single bug that I don't believe many people would have otherwise found).
  
  Dr Mann was great with following up to make sure everything was going well after the appointment. He is clearly very knowledgeable and thanks to his advice and expertise, we are confident in knowing we're pest free.

  Garry Mann is responsive and helpful! I am very grateful for him to save me from a mysterious bug crisis!
  I had serious bug bites all over my body for almost a week. The bites were very itchy and sore. I caught two bugs in my bed and I took them with me to a walk-in clinic when I visited a doctor to seek skin treatment from the bugs. I was terrified when the doctor told me it could be bed bugs. After I came home, I went online right away to look for a pest expert. I found Avon Pest Control. I am so glad that I called Garry Mann. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Now, I have kept his business card and it just give me a piece of mind. A BIG THANK to Garry Mann for his professional help and kindness.

  Dr. Mann has been providing pest control and monitoring services for last five years. We have been very happy with his and his staff's prompt and professional advise.
