(February 22, 2019, 7:19 pm)Dr.Villalon has been my GP for over 10 years now. He took care of me and my children with all of our my medical concerns. A few times, I had very good conversations with Dr.V regarding my family crisis that affected my health. Dr.V was empathetic and compassionate. Sometimes the doctor appeared grumpy, which I don't take personally. I just assume that he had a very busy/demanding day. Doctors are humans and not robots. Regarding the front desk personnel, they should learn to show respect if they want to be respected as well.
