Raman had helped me with my son's Auto Insurance and Second time Bal, This time I went in again for my car insurance as Raman and Bal had provided me an excellent service, they had called ICBC to sort out my son's discount and payments. This time Bal was helping me with my car insurance as Raman was busy, while we were discussing my insurance details, a rude tall Guy walked from somewhere from the back of the office and started opening up and banging cabinets behind Bal's Desk or so, apparently he was looking for something- I only needed couple minutes to explain the scenario, but I could not, due to all the disturbance by the guy and I ended up leaving. I will give 5 stars for great service by Raman and Bal, but I will give zero star to that nuisance Guy. Hopefully my next experience will be a pleasant one.

(September 14, 2017, 9:39 pm)went to renew my auto insurance. Raman was really helpful and called ICBC to correct my discount and also sold my Condo Policy- highly recommend to see either Raman or Bal in new office
