(November 11, 2017, 12:50 am)Innovative Fitness is an excellent high-end gym. They only do one-on-one personal training with very good highly trained trainers. You won't be disappointed... The music can be loud and obnoxious sometimes however. But I deal with it because of the quality of instruction here. I have been rehabbing a severely injured back with their head movement trainer and I can say with confidence that there is not anyone in the Lower Mainland with the knowledge and skill set he has, to take on difficult cases like mine.
