(May 14, 2019, 6:33 pm)We have tried this restaurant twice now. On both occasions we waited a long time and the orders were screwed up in some way. Now, I get it that it takes a little bit longer than some of their competitors because this isn't just a 'tear open the bag and into the wok' joint. But 20+ minutes.. Come on.
They reversed the spice selection the first time we ordered. My wife, who can not handle spice had my heat and I had a mild dish. Had it been as simple as just swapping we would have but we both have other food intolerances.
The second visit was a minor mistake. But, with so many other restaurants out there, I just can't be bothered with this kind of consistent incompetence.
3 stars because the food is good. The rest of it was too frustrating to return. -

Jacob the owner has done a fantastic job with this restaurant. I'll be happy to continue coming here!! Thanks guys !!
