(October 27, 2018, 10:51 pm)I am new to Surrey and a friend suggested Mary's Garden. The produce was fine, but they refused to sell me half a cabbage. I have never been anywhere where they wouldn't cut a cabbage in half, so I was quite shocked. I won't be in a hurry to return.

I am consistently impressed with the variety, quality and price of the produce from here. The seasonal items are simply fantastic and when August/September rolls around and the corn and pattypans show up it's a beautiful thing.
It has never been too busy there so I will often grab canned goods and meats at a bigger supermarket and then take a quick trip to Mary's. I almost always end up with all the produce I need within a quick 20 minute trip.
