Doug, our customer service rep, was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question that cropped up along the way with the other trades we hired. He came to the house several times and was always available by phone, getting back to us immediately. From the enjoyable design process, to the meticulous cabinet installation, and the attentive customer service, our experience with KAD was excellent.
