(April 17, 2019, 1:59 am)Great gym! Lots of space and equipment. Madi Heinrichs (personal trainer) has helped me immensely. She has set up a program for me that is challenging and interesting. My fitness has progressed significantly in the 2 months I've been doing the program, Thanks Madi!

(January 23, 2019, 10:59 pm)Fantastic gym. I've been a member for 6 months now and I highly recommend this gym. Staff and owners are super friendly and approachable. Never crowded and enough racks/bars that I've never had to wait for equipment.

(December 13, 2018, 2:08 am)Awesome gym, great equipment, and enough gear that you're never having to wait for anything. Also the owner Daud is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. If you're thinking about switching, I'd definitely give this place a go. Right off 152 and #10 so the location is accessible as well.
