(July 28, 2019, 6:37 pm)Knowledgeable manager that knows the insurance product. The office hours are M-F, 9:00-5:30, Saturday, 10-4. I love this company because they do their own undereriting, meaning they can pass more savings onto the customer. The staff that I talk to are absolutely excellent and I have used the word "trust" at our meeting today, at my renewal.
