Awesome store they are about customer service!!

I have been a satisfied Cartridge World customer for more than 10 years. Their service is excellent and their prices are fair. Mike and his staff go out of their way to ensure customers are happy. Mike even personally delivered some cartridges to me on Remembrance Day. He said it was no trouble as my house was on his way back from his son's hockey game. I bought my current printer there. I value the advice I was given in selecting a printer that would meet my needs. I always go to Cartridge World to refill my printer cartridges. No reason to go anywhere else!

I've been going to Cartridge World for many years and they have always been extremely helpful. Recently, my computer was compromised and I was scammed for a great deal of money. I spoke to Mike at cartridge World about what had happened to me and he spent time with me to try and resolve the problem I had encountered. This was not his problem, yet he and his team spent the time and energy to help me with my unfortunate experience in a very professional and efficient way. They really didn't have to get involved, but they offered their help and expertise to guide me through this problematic situation I faced. I can not say enough about the sincere, helpful service they provided me. They proved to me that their small company possesses a great deal of integrity and care very much for their customers. Mike and crew are the most knowledgeable staff when it comes to anything printers. They will get you the best printer for YOUR needs, and do a better job than you can yourself. Great pricing too. Highly recommended.

Excellent knowledgeable service. I wanted a quality printer that would last more than a year and they suggested an entry grade Lexmark business machine. It's been in my dirty shop for 3 years and they just replaced the feeder belt for the first time. After market toners are 40% of the cost compared to authentic and they last just as long! Affordable and reliable!
